Bevatel is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Sales team for the GCC market.
About the Role:
This role requires a relentless deal-hunter with a deep network across the GCC and a proven track record in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our expansion across the GCC region.
This is not a traditional lead-inbound role. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting, leverages existing high-level relationships, and actively creates their own sales opportunities from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Self-Generate Pipeline: Proactively identify, target, and engage key decision-makers across the GCC to generate new business opportunities without relying on marketing leads.
Leverage Existing Network: Tap into your established relationships across the region to secure high-value meetings and drive fast-track deals.
UCaaS Domain Expertise: Present, position, and articulate the value proposition of our UCaaS solutions to C-level executives and IT leaders.
Full-Cycle Opportunity Creation: Qualify leads, conduct discovery, build rapport, and transition qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
Market Mapping: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and local market dynamics within the GCC.
Requirements
UCaaS Experience: Proven, hands-on experience selling UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions is strictly required.
GCC Network: A strong, active network of business contacts and enterprise decision-makers within the GCC region.
Outbound Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated track record of 100% self-generating prospects and building a robust pipeline from scratch.
Availability: Must be ready to start immediately or ASAP.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic fluency is a strong plus).
