This role is an opportunity to join a high-energy commercial team focused on identifying and generating new business opportunities. As a BDR, you will be one of the first connections between the organization and potential customers, helping uncover their needs, challenges, and buying context. You will manage inbound leads from multiple acquisition channels while applying a consultative approach to qualification and engagement. The position combines relationship building, commercial strategy, technology, and data-driven prospecting. You will have ownership of lead prioritization, follow-up, CRM management, and performance tracking while continuously testing new approaches. Accountabilities:
- Manage and respond to leads generated through multiple acquisition channels, including websites, marketing campaigns, events, and other commercial initiatives.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential customers to understand their business context, needs, challenges, and stage in the buying journey.
- Respond to inbound leads with speed and consistency, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction.
- Qualify leads according to established commercial criteria and identify opportunities with genuine business potential.
- Prioritize leads based on potential, urgency, fit, and likelihood of progressing, developing an effective strategy for managing high volumes.
- Conduct consultative conversations by asking relevant questions, uncovering pain points, and identifying opportunities aligned with available solutions.
- Execute structured follow-ups with leads that are not yet ready to move forward, maintaining engagement and identifying the right moment for reactivation.
- Route qualified opportunities appropriately and ensure relevant information is clearly communicated to the next stage of the sales process.
- Keep lead and opportunity information accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Monitor performance indicators such as response speed, contact rate, lead-to-meeting conversion, and the quality of opportunities generated.
- Test new inbound approaches, share learnings with the team, and contribute to continuous improvements in prospecting and qualification processes.
- Bring a commercial, proactive, and communicative profile, with genuine curiosity about businesses, people, markets, technology, and digital business models.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct engaging and consultative conversations.
- Have experience with active prospecting, SDR or BDR activities, ideally combining both inbound and outbound approaches.
- Bring previous experience in sales, pre-sales, customer relationships, or another customer-facing commercial environment.
- Have experience working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate information throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate organization and discipline to manage high volumes of leads, structured routines, follow-ups, and competing priorities.
- Show resilience when dealing with rejection while maintaining consistency, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Be able to learn quickly, apply new knowledge in practice, and adapt approaches based on results and feedback.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, collaboration, and a willingness to contribute to team development and shared goals.
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies and knowledge of consultative sales strategies are strong advantages.
- Advanced or fluent English or Spanish is considered a plus.
