Business Development Representative (BDR) | US Market | Remote
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.
Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnostic across B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Own new-business outbound into the US market: high-volume cold calling via a power dialer (around 100 dials a day), focused on new pipeline, not inbound
-
Personally manage and respond to every reply from our automated email and LinkedIn campaigns
-
Qualify B2B decision-makers and book meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR) with several Sales Executives
-
Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
-
Keep HubSpot accurate: activities, notes and meeting outcomes
-
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
-
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
-
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling at an agency or B2B service company (SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
-
Experience selling into the US market, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)
-
A high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day and meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
-
Confidence with senior decision-makers and handling objections live
-
Fluent, professional English (C1+) and hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
-
Availability to work full US business hours
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with power dialers (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, PhoneBurner or similar)
- Experience running multichannel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Experience supporting several AEs or Sales Executives in a small sales tea
