Business Development Representative
Description
Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
Aero Ventures is BOND's advisory arm for ultra-high-net-worth aircraft owners, guiding individuals, family offices, and corporations through the full lifecycle of aircraft ownership. Every advisory relationship we build starts with a conversation, and right now, no one owns creating those conversations at scale.
As Business Development Representative, you'll own the front of our commercial funnel: following up on inbound leads from our Owner Portal and marketing activity, and running disciplined outbound calling into a defined universe of aircraft owners, operators, flight departments, and management companies. You'll demo the Owner Portal as your opening value exchange, and hand off qualified opportunities directly to our advisory team.
This role is for someone who thrives on sustained outbound activity and wants ownership over a real, measurable scorecard: appointments held, Owner Portal approvals, and qualified opportunities created. You're comfortable building credibility with UHNW principals and flight department leadership, and you want a seat where your pipeline work directly fuels the deals the business closes.
What You’ll Do
- Run disciplined daily outbound calling into a defined universe of aircraft owners, operators, flight departments, and management companies.
- Own your numbers against three monthly inputs: appointments held, Owner Portal approvals, and qualified opportunities created.
- Demo the Owner Portal, fair market valuations, off-market inventory, market reports, and ownership cost simulations, as your opening value exchange.
- Write up and hand off qualified opportunities to the advisory team, complete with a named principal, mission, budget, timeline, and decision path.
- Keep Salesforce as a clean system of record and file the weekly Sales and Marketing Flash update.
- Introduce clients to BOND programs when whole aircraft ownership isn't the right fit, and support the trade desk and new program launches.
Required Qualifications
- Three to six years of experience in business development, inside sales, or brokerage support within a high-value, relationship-driven sale.
- Proven, sustained cold-calling volume.
- Credibility with UHNW principals, family offices, and flight department leadership.
- Salesforce fluency.
- Strong written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in business aviation, aircraft transactions, or a comparable luxury or UHNW-facing industry.
- Experience working within a defined sales scorecard or quota-carrying environment.
