We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our senior Business Development team as we grow across priority real estate markets.
This is a commercial role for someone looking to build a career in sales, partnerships, or commercial real estate. You’ll work closely with experienced BD leads to identify high-potential prospects, open new relationships, and generate qualified pipeline.
This isn’t a pure volume-based BDR role. We care about who you contact, why the opportunity matters, and the quality of the conversations you create.

Responsibilities
You could be a strong fit if you have 2–3 years of professional experience and are:- Ambitious and interested in sales, partnerships, or commercial real estate
- Confident speaking to people you haven’t met before
- Organized and strong at follow-up
- A clear written and verbal communicator
- Persistent and motivated by measurable goals
- Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable using technology
- Coachable and eager to learn from experienced sellers
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements
- Research target landlords, buildings, vacancies, brokers, and key decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect and account lists
- Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for senior BD leads
- Build relationships with brokers, landlords, property managers, and other CRE partners
- Generate introductions and referrals through our partner network
- Support market visits, events, and targeted outbound campaigns
- Use AI and data to improve research, prospecting, personalization, and sales workflows

- Qualified meetings booked
- Pipeline generated
- New broker and partner relationships developed
- Introductions and referrals created
- Strong coverage of priority accounts
