About the Role:

Goodshuffle Pro is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of growing our bottom line. You will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to grow the sales pipeline, conduct prospecting calls, and schedule sales demos.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through research and prospecting outreach
  • Maximizing existing sales pipeline by maturing cold opportunities and qualifying inbound leads
  • Scheduling demos for Sales Executives through warm and cold calling and diligent follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of accounts within CRM database, including pipeline reporting, new customer data, and existing client data to surface business opportunities
  • Acting as day-to-day support to the entire Sales team to reach both personal and team goals

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly, including the use of AI beyond the basics
  • Exceptional people skills (with a wide variety of personalities)
  • Exceptional listening skills (with an understanding of consultative sales techniques)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (superior grammar and spelling
  • required)
  • A knack for persuasion and/or reframing situations with positivity
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution

Strong Preference for Applicants with any of the following experience:

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Events industry experience
  • Or experience with any of the following tools: Hubspot, Intercom, JIRA, Excel, Google
  • Sheets, Zoom
