Our client, a U.S.-based medical aesthetics practice, is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive patient engagement, convert inquiries into booked appointments, reactivate inactive leads, and close treatment package sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by measurable results. You'll play a key role in growing the practice by connecting with prospective and existing patients, following up on sales opportunities, and creating a welcoming, professional experience.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales closer with strong appointment-setting skills, a warm and confident phone presence, and the persistence to turn leads into paying customers.
Experience in medical spas, aesthetics, or healthcare is highly preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries are welcome to apply. Spanish fluency is also highly preferred but not required.
The position starts at 20 hours per week, with the goal of transitioning to full-time as the practice grows. You'll receive direct training, sales scripts, and guidance to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with new inquiries and convert prospective patients into booked appointments.
- Proactively reconnect with inactive patients, lost leads, and previous inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls and consistent follow-ups to encourage appointment bookings and treatment purchases.
- Explain available treatments and packages using approved information and sales guidelines.
- Confidently ask for the sale and help close treatment or package purchases.
- Send secure payment links, monitor payment status, and follow up on outstanding deposits or purchases.
- Maintain a warm, persuasive, and professional approach throughout the sales process.
- Track lead conversions, appointment bookings, and sales performance against agreed goals.
2. Phone Coverage & Patient Communication (Top Priority)
- Answer incoming and overflow calls using RingCentral.
- Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate general information about services, appointments, and next steps.
- Build rapport with prospective and existing patients through friendly, confident communication.
- Direct clinical or other specialized inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

- Approximately 5–10 new leads per day, depending on marketing activity.
- An existing database of approximately 1,000 contacts for follow-up and reactivation.
- Leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, email, and other practice channels.
You will not be responsible for sourcing or purchasing lead lists. The client provides leads through Aesthetic Record.
