Business Development Representative

It's AI (its-ai.org) is a fast-growing AI detection platform trusted by educators worldwide. We're based in Dubai and actively selling into schools and universities across the region. Currently, we're hiring an SDR into the team. What you'll do: - Research and prospect the potential customers in the MENA region - Cold calling and booking demo meetings with decision-makers - Attend in-person meetings and conferences when needed - CRM logging and simple reporting without too much bureaucracy

You are: - Fluent in Arabic (native or C1+), good English (written and spoken) - 1–2 years of work experience as an SDR - Comfortable on the phone and resilient to rejection - Based in or familiar with the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA market - Experience or network in the education sector is a big plus
