Business Development Representative (Richmond, KS)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) must have a strong history of developing new customer accounts to drive growth. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with builders and contractors to achieve market share growth of our kit and component sales throughout Kansas and the surrounding states. Successful BDMs thrive in managing through all aspects of the construction process to ensure a positive customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact, meet, and follow up with builders and contractors, developing a relationship built on trust and respect to ensure a robust kit sales funnel and exceed sales expectations.
  • Prepare kit proposals using the QSI internal pricing application and written contracts.
  • Review drawings/materials for accuracy
  • Collaborate with builders to develop plans to improve market presence and drive growth
  • Collect payments as required
  • Ability to travel overnight throughout the territory as necessary. Up to 50% travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Complies with QSI policies and procedures
