Responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs
- Scheduling and setting appointments for Service
- Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service
- Follow up via phone, email, and text
- A friendly, professional phone manner with top-notch communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized—able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines and goals
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with strong follow-through.
