Business Development Representative

Calling all dealmakers, go-getters, and relationship builders - System Service & Engineering wants YOU!

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new opportunities and driving new business through service and maintenance agreements across a variety of trades.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our service base, hitting revenue goals, and making sure our clients get the reliable, top-notch support they need to keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do:

Prospect and cold-call new business opportunities in key industries
Visit facilities to record equipment counts and system details
Write proposals and negotiate contracts to meet or beat revenue goals
Attend networking events and industry functions to connect and prospect
Tackle other projects and duties as needed to help the team succeed

What you'll bring to the table:

Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite
Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to follow through on client contacts
