- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Promote the company’s products and services to customers across relevant industries.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate orders from enquiry through to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and responsive customer service.
- Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales activities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum A-level or Diploma
- At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, technical products or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
- Possession of own transport is an advantage.
