Job Description – Business Development & Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to generate leads, develop client relationships and drive sales for landscaping, garden design and exterior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through architects, interior designers, builders, developers and direct clients.
  

• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
  

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
  

• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
  

• Negotiate pricing, close deals and achieve sales targets.
  

• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project handover.
  

• Follow up on payments and maintain sales pipeline reports.
  

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
  

• Experience in landscaping, architecture, interior design, construction or real estate preferred.
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and deal-closing skills.
  

• Existing connections with architects, interior designers, builders or developers preferred.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
  

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
