Business Development (Sales) & Project Management Executive
Responsibilities: Customer visits, lead capture, site surveys, design, and project management.
Requirements: Engineer, fluent Odia, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Compensation: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month base, plus incentives; top performers can earn up to ₹ 25,000/- month.
Skills: Basic knowledge of the electrical system is required.
Complete training on solar systems design and project management would be provided by the company.
Probation: 3 Months.
Contract Period: 2 Years
Requirements
1. Preferred to have their two-wheeler and a driving license.
2. Smartphone and Laptop (Optional)
3. Good in communications (Odia, Hindi, and English (Optional))
4. Good understanding of using computer-based tools.
