Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Manage SIP Trunk and SMS route onboarding, including vendor coordination, documentation, and activation.

2. Independently manage end-to-end vendor payment processes, ensuring invoices are verified and payments are completed accurately and on time.

3. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding route onboarding, invoicing, and payment matters.

4. Maintain accurate records of route onboarding activities, vendor invoices, and payment transactions.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in voice and SMS routing or telecommunications operations.

2. Experience in SIP Trunk and SMS route onboarding is preferred.

3. Ability to independently manage vendor payment processes from invoice verification through payment completion.

4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently.

5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

6. Experience in payment operations and marketing channels is a plus.
