Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support our retail expansion. In this role, you will identify new store locations, negotiate business agreements, manage store opening requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful launches.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new store locations aligned with the company's expansion strategy.
Lead negotiations with landlords, property owners, and business partners to achieve favorable lease and partnership agreements.
Manage the contract preparation and signing process, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
Coordinate the processing of all required permits, licenses, and certificates for new store openings.
Plan and oversee all pre-opening activities to ensure stores are ready for launch.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and successful store openings.
Monitor project timelines and ensure expansion targets are achieved.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Successfully open 5–10 new stores per month.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, leasing, or contract negotiation.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and permitting requirements related to retail store openings.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in English communication (spoken and written) is preferred.
