Business Development (Spot)

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 / month

Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop spot listing opportunities, token projects, and Web3 ecosystem resources.
2️⃣ Communicate and negotiate with project teams to promote spot listing, business cooperation, and resource collaboration.
3️⃣ Maintain relationships with project teams and follow up on listing procedures, required materials, and cooperation progress.
4️⃣ Expand industry resources, including KOLs, communities, VCs, incubators, market makers, and other Web3 partners.
5️⃣ Regularly organize potential project pipelines, cooperation status, and business development reports.
6️⃣ Work closely with the company’s business strategy to achieve spot business development and performance targets.

Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in Web3, crypto exchanges, project teams, token listing, or business development is preferred.
2️⃣ Familiar with spot trading, token listing processes, crypto market dynamics, and project cooperation models.
3️⃣ Existing resources in project teams, listing channels, KOLs, or Web3 ecosystems are highly preferred.
4️⃣ Strong communication, business negotiation, and resource integration skills.
5️⃣ Ability to independently develop clients and drive cooperation with a result-oriented mindset.
6️⃣ Proficiency in #English as a working language is preferred.
💡 Preferred Qualifications
1️⃣ Previous experience in crypto exchanges, project teams, market makers, VCs, or Web3 BD roles.
2️⃣ Proven experience in successfully promoting token listings or business partnerships.
3️⃣ Strong and stable project-side or overseas market resources.
