Project:

Calibras is developing an advanced Manufacturing AI system, tailored for automating critical industrial workflows, supporting domain specific data formats. With proprietary context engineering scaffolding, our models are capable of outperforming frontline models, at a lower price - with on-premise option, built with 100 % EU tech stack.

Upon onboarding our first customers, our next step in our development is to create a V2 of the go-to-market strategy, and double-down on our commercial activities.

Main scope of the project is to take the lead on this effort, and prepare Calibras for the growth in the market.

The project is envisioned as a student internship lasting 1-3 months - with the intention of promotion to a part-time student position.


Candidate profile & application:

  • Experience with creation of effective business models & strategies.

  • Theoretical knowledge of go-to-market strategy development & pricing models.

  • Knowledge of building, developing, and maintaining sales pipelines & CRM frameworks.

  • Advanced usage of LinkedIn & experience with funding application activities.

  • Structured mindset and willingness to learn. Genuine passion for business development, startup environment & good team spirit
