Business Development (US Equities)

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 / month

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and establish partnerships with European crypto communities, influencers (KOLs), blockchain projects, and other key stakeholders to drive user growth.
2. Represent MEXC across Europe, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
3. Develop and implement growth strategies, analyze performance data, and optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
4. Stay up to date with European crypto industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.

Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry.
2. Strong understanding of the European crypto market and user behavior.
3. Proven track record in partnerships, community building, or sales.
4. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus.
