Business Division Manager (EPC-3/4/BOP)

Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.

Knowledge and/or Experience*

Twelve (12) years' experience in business function, including eight (8) years in the Oil and Gas Industry, and including three (3) years' experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
Strong experience in a project execution related environment within the oil and gas industry with knowledge of project management, engineering including cost control, work planning and activity scheduling.
Experience of large green field projects with multiple EPC contracts and execution teams.
Extensive experience with oil and gas companies, EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover and managing technical issues.
Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in operations, projects, subsurface, etc., and working in integrated organizations.
Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region.
