Description
Processes Standardized. Performance Scaled.
Role Overview
In this exciting role, you will drive the development and implementation of Construction Project Management (CPM) processes, including Salesforce adoption, while partnering with stakeholders across Logistics, Legal, PMO, IT and other functions. You will lead impactful process-improvement initiatives, contribute to global standards and help shape scalable solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
This is a full-time position and required up to 15% of travel.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Lead LP program management: Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements for project-acquisition processes and tools, translating them into prioritized improvements that drive business value.
- Own NORM operations and continuous improvement: Act as the go-to expert for teams and regions, consolidating feedback, aligning priorities with IT, testing enhancements, developing reporting and dashboards, and overseeing relevant ICS queries and controls.
- Strengthen Salesforce execution: drive adoption of Large Projects features and improve data quality through clear operational standards.
- Manage ClickUp and dashboards: Champion the adoption of Large Projects features and drive high-quality data through clear and effective operational standards.
- Advance operational excellence: Lead process-mapping activities in Signavio and support key initiatives including sold-to governance, headcount governance, project-universe management, external project-database integration and project-closure systemization.
- Enable the organization: Support regional and segment business needs, maintain clear documentation and reporting, and provide ongoing support for databases and reporting tools.
What you’ll bring
To help you succeed, we’ll provide a stable working environment, strong support, learning opportunities and a collaborative global network. You’ll bring:
- University degree and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to understand complex CPM processes and design practical solutions.
- Proven project-management experience and practical Salesforce knowledge; experience with Signavio or process mapping is an advantage.
- Broad understanding of interconnected business functions such as Sales, IT, Logistics and Legal.
- High ownership and a passion for process and project management, combined with strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate requirements simply and effectively; customer-side construction project-management experience or an MBA/equivalent business education is a plus.
