About Us:

We are a creative wedding photography & films company that specialises in documenting timeless stories. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our client base and build strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation (Primary Role):
  

  • Actively identify and pursue potential clients for wedding photography & films.
    

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    

• PR & Relationship Building:
  

  • Develop strong connections with wedding venues, planners, hotels, and other industry partners to secure steady lead inflow.
    

  • Represent the brand at wedding expos, fairs, and networking events.
    

• Sales & Client Engagement:
  

  • Confidently present photography & film services to potential clients.
    

  • Handle inquiries, proposals, pricing negotiations, and deal closures.
    

• Market Development:
  

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the wedding ecosystem.
    

  • Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to design outreach campaigns.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate, ideally from Hotel Management, Event Management, or Media/Photography background.
  

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations in weddings/events/hospitality.
  

• Strong network in the wedding and hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  

• Highly proactive, target-driven, and passionate about the wedding industry.
