Business Executive/Relationship Manager

-Johor, Malaysia

●Requirements:
-Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or related field.

-Required language(s): English, Mandarin (both fluent in written, spoken and read) to deal with official documents by English and internal documents by Mandarin.

-Expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring.

-Typically, 3+ years in commercial lending, corporate finance, or investment banking are required for this position.

●Responsibilities:
-Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients through market segmentation and aggressive lead generation.

-Responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and ensuring the profitability and credit quality of the bank's assets.

-Prepare detailed credit memorandums and financial strategies; monitor client financial situation to detect and manage the transactional and credit risk.

-Ensure all activities and transactions align with regulatory standards and internal policies.
