Financial Planning Jr Manager role is a strategic position localized in São Paulo/Brazil which requires strong Financial and Analytical skills, ability to multi-task, strong partnership with business while owning the fiduciary accountability. This position will drive the decision-making process of the Brazilian Affiliate within all business units such as Biomedicines, Diabetes and Oncology by providing financial insights to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual Budget and Forecast analysis
• Preparation of periodic P&L forecast review (Monthly, Quarterly)
• Support the Marketing and Sales departments by developing and monitoring Business Cases
• Develop and propose management reports according to the business need
• Monthly presentation to the Brazil Management Committee

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience on key Finance functions: FP&A, Accounting and/or Controllership operations
• Strong Financial acumen (Fiduciary and strategic); Ability to influence Business decisions; Resiliency and Adaptability
• Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe
• English proficiency | Spanish is a plus
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Post-Graduation in Finance is a plus
