To lead the Campsfield Business Hub, bringing together performance, compliance, social value and digital delivery into one effective and joined-up function. The postholder will provide the insight, assurance and operational support required for the Centre to deliver safe, effective and compliant services.
Through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, they will ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are effectively managed, and opportunities for improvement are translated into practical action. Working under the strategic leadership of the Head of Business Assurance, the postholder will ensure the Business Hub provides clear insight, reliable assurance and practical support to help Campsfield deliver excellent services and meet its contractual commitments.
