The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:

• Pilot user management/ coordination
• Develop/ update SOPs
• Capture feedback/ system change/ requirements
• CIOG engagement
• Update Knowledge Articles
• Tier 2 support
• Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
• Other tasks as directed
