Business Improvement Consultant
You will lead business process reform support for real estate industry clients. You will investigate and visualize processes, identify issues, design future-state operations, standardize workflows and manuals, promote cross-organizational transformation projects, and support the adoption and evaluation of reform initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and visualize business processes through As-Is analysis.
- Identify issues and establish business reform policies through To-Be design.
- Prepare and standardize business workflows and manuals.
- Promote cross-organizational business transformation projects through PM or PMO.
- Support the adoption of reform initiatives and verify their effectiveness.
Requirements
- Practical experience in business process reform or business design at a consulting firm or operating company.
- Experience visualizing business processes through As-Is and To-Be analysis.
- Experience designing and standardizing workflows and preparing manuals.
- Experience promoting BPR or business efficiency projects.
