Business Insurance Advisor, Commercial Producer

We’re looking for a self-directed, strategically minded Business Insurance Advisor who can drive new business growth, build lasting client relationships, and operate confidently in complex commercial environments.

This role blends entrepreneurial sales ownership with consultative advisory work, developing new opportunities, managing executive-level relationships, and delivering tailored risk solutions to business owners and organizations.

You’ll be equally comfortable prospecting new business, managing a disciplined pipeline, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure strong client outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our market presence through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
