The Opportunity

This is an early-career opportunity to sit at the centre of how Sattva runs and grows its business. You will work within the CEO’s Office, alongside senior leaders, on the analysis, insights and decisions that shape the firm’s revenue and sales engine.

If you enjoy working with data, finding the story within it, and turning that into something leaders can act on, this role is built for you. You will help leadership see clearly where the business stands, where the pipeline is heading, and where to focus next. Over time, you will become one of the people the CEO and business heads rely on for a clear, trusted read on the numbers.

You do not need to have done all of this before. You need to be strong with data, curious about how a business works, and eager to learn quickly in a high-visibility role. We will give you real ownership, real exposure and the support to grow into it.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Management & Sales Analytics

-Monitor pipeline health across stages, conversion rates and deal ageing, flagging at-risk and stalled opportunities ahead of review cycles.

-Build and maintain analytics on pipeline velocity and conversion to give leadership a clear view of momentum and where intervention is needed.

-Analyse pipeline coverage against revenue targets to provide a clear line of sight to plan attainment.

CRM & Data Integrity

-Maintain the accuracy and completeness of sales data in the CRM.

-Reconcile data across reports and extracts, identify discrepancies early, and partner with business teams to uphold consistent data standards.

-Ensure every figure used in reviews and forecasts is traceable to a clean, reliable source.

Revenue Forecasting & Reporting

-Support revenue forecasting by building base, downside and upside scenarios with transparent, clearly documented assumptions.

-Track forecast accuracy over successive cycles and refine the underlying assumptions to improve predictability.

-Develop and maintain structured, formula-driven Excel workbooks and dashboards that are auditable and easy to reuse.

Business Review & Operating Cadence

-Coordinate the monthly sales and delivery review cycle end to end, from data preparation and analysis to a clear, decision-oriented review pack.

-Maintain the operating rhythm around these reviews so the right analysis reaches the right stakeholders on schedule.

Executive & Board Reporting

-Build and coordinate presentations for Board, leadership and business audiences, translating data and analysis into a clear, structured narrative.

-Prepare CEO- and Board-ready packs that distill detailed data into the few decisions that matter most.

-Apply strong presentation and visual storytelling skills, with ample opportunity to develop them further.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Special Initiatives

-Work closely with teams across the firm to coordinate initiatives and keep shared priorities moving to plan.

-Drive strategic projects from the CEO’s Office end to end, bringing the right people together and following through to completion.

-Act as a connective thread across workstreams, joining the dots so related efforts stay aligned and nothing falls between the gaps.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will know you are doing well when:

-Leadership trusts the numbers you put in front of them without needing to re-check them.

-Forecasts become sharper and pipeline data cleaner because of the discipline you bring.

-Review packs and presentations are delivered on time, are well designed, and help leaders make faster decisions.

-Driving strategic initiatives picked up to logical closure with business teams.

What We’re Looking For

At Sattva, our goal is to realise impact on the ground and drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who align with our mission of alleviating poverty in our lifetime. For this role, that means:

-4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, revenue or sales operations, business intelligence, consulting or finance; or a recent MBA / PGDM with experience, ideally in Business Analytics, Finance or a related quantitative field. Bright, motivated candidates slightly outside this range are welcome to apply.

-A genuine comfort with numbers and data, and the curiosity to understand what they are telling you.

-Solid Excel skills, or the eagerness to become excellent quickly.

-Good PowerPoint skills and an eye for turning information into a clear, engaging narrative.

-A structured, organised way of thinking, and care for getting the details right.

-Clear, professional communication, and the confidence to work with both senior leaders and business teams.

Good to have (not essential):

-Comfort with technology and modern data tools, including hands-on familiarity with a CRM

-An interest in using AI to automate business and data workflows, and the curiosity to explore how it can make analysis and reporting faster and smarter.

-Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or to SQL or Python.

-An interest in social impact, philanthropy or the CSR ecosystem.
