Summary
Builds and maintains BI dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau, writes SQL queries, and cleans data to deliver insights that guide business decisions.
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards, analytical models, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard & Visualization Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Data Integration & Modeling: Query, extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from disparate systems using SQL and ETL pipelines.
- Performance Metric Tracking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers and reporting tools.
- Insight Delivery: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks, presenting findings clearly to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or data engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert-level skill in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database architecture.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
