We're partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive smarter decision-making through data. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is continuing to invest in its technology, reporting capability and business intelligence function.

Working across a broad range of business areas, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, uncover insights and develop meaningful dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.

One of your first key projects will be supporting a large payroll reconciliation initiative, working closely with payroll and business stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, investigate discrepancies and deliver accurate, reliable reporting that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a major payroll reconciliation project by analysing payroll and workforce data, identifying discrepancies and delivering meaningful reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and performance insights.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure reliable and accessible data for the business.About You You'll bring a combination of strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders across the organisation.

You'll combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to solve real business problems.

Must have:
  • Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI
  • Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
Advantageous:
  • Salesforce and/or SAP Business One experience
  • Experience analysing payroll, finance or workforce data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with complex datasets.
