The Contact Centre Program supports over 80+ contact centres across multiple ministries, providing consistent service to Albertans and various boards and agencies.

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, build, and enhance workforce insight dashboards, ensuring accurate data reporting and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a Power BI Workforce Insights Dashboard consolidating HCM data metrics.
• Lead all stages of the project lifecycle — planning, stakeholder engagement, prototyping, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align business objectives with reporting requirements.
• Document technical and business processes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Create and deliver training materials to support end-users and internal teams.
• Track and manage tasks, timelines, and action items; elevate issues or risks when needed.
• Communicate findings and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare presentations and demos for stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security compliance across all dashboard components.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience working with HCM or workforce data is an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards.
