We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Analytics team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and management reports that support operational and strategic decision-making across the supply chain;
• Build and optimize data models that provide a reliable and scalable foundation for reporting and analytics;
• Define and implement ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple operational sources;
• Design and validate KPIs to continuously monitor and improve supply chain processes;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of the data used in reports and dashboards;
• Collaborate with business teams to understand information needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly BI solutions;
• Present results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and supporting decision-making.

So, bring with you…

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Business Analytics roles;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or another quantitative field;
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent;
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation;
• Knowledge of data modelling (star schema, data warehousing) and data governance best practices;
• Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation is a plus;
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into robust, scalable reporting solutions;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences and provide actionable business recommendations;
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or operational environments is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when building reports and dashboards;
• Curiosity to explore data beyond the obvious and challenge assumptions;
• Ability to independently manage projects from end to end, thriving in ambiguous environments;
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with business teams.
