What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering actionable insights through data visualization and analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build reporting solutions that improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for commercial performance reporting.
- Analyze key business metrics including sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and business trends.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support commercial teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze marketing campaigns, customer segments, and market performance.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into user-friendly dashboards.
- Leverage BI tools and AI technologies to improve reporting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
