About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, build robust reporting mechanisms, and provide senior management with the analytical support needed to make strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in data visualization, automation, and a sharp analytical mindset.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and publish comprehensive management reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Cadence-Based Delivery: Own the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring performance reports, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly to leadership.
- Data Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and completeness by thoroughly proofreading and validating data before distribution.
- Insights & Advanced Analytics: Conduct trend analysis, statistical deep-dives, and data visualization (charts/graphs) to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Strategic Recommendations: Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, providing data-backed recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Process Automation: Streamline and automate existing manual workflows and reporting processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field).
- Core Tools: Advanced MS Excel knowledge and proficiency across the Microsoft suite.
- Power Platform: Hands-on experience with MS Power BI, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, MS Forms, and SharePoint lists (including implementing Row-Level Security/Access).
- Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL, Python, R Script, or Tableau is a distinct advantage.
- Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to bridge the gap between technical data and operational strategy.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Scientist at a reputed MNC.
- Proven track record of handling, cleaning, and modeling large, complex datasets.
