We are looking for an IT Engineering student with a passion for data, technology, and analytics. You will help develop a database, user-friendly data-entry solutions, automated reporting, and Power BI dashboards in collaboration with business stakeholders, HR, and IT. The project focuses on the European business, across multiple Business Units, and 50 entities in 14 European countries.
What You Will Do- Design and maintain databases and well-structured data models.
- Create simple, secure interfaces or forms for users to enter and update information without accessing the full dataset.
- Connect data sources to Power BI and build clear, interactive dashboards.
- Connect data sources to SAP Success Factors
- Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting processes.
- Automate manual reporting and administrative activities where possible.
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and document your work.
- Currently studying IT Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI or another business intelligence tool.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development, Power Apps, or similar low-code tools is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with database design, data-entry solutions, Power BI, automation, and real-world business challenges within an international organization. xgiwjmb
Suitable candidates must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
