As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide actionable insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. Your ability to transform complex data into compelling visualizations will be crucial in helping stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support our growth objectives.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines, establishing scalable frameworks to automate the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
- Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data pipelines, data warehouses, crafting models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
- Transform data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, high-quality data and insights to propel the growth of the business.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience writing SQL queries and building data pipelines.
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
