Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence Executive is responsible for drive revenue growth by delivering data-driven insights that optimize sales performance and activate inactive customers, transforming dormant accounts into active, high-potential contributors for EssilorLuxottica.
Main Responsibility:
- Data Strategy & Governance: Establish and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and KPIs that align with sales and marketing objectives and share to Sales Representative. Ensure data quality, integrity, and timely availability for decision-making.
- Sales Analytics & Performance Management: Develop and monitor sales performance dashboards (pipeline, win rate, average order value, revenue by channel/region). Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across products, regions, and customer segments.
- Customer Activation & Segmentation: Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify inactive segments with activation potential. Create actionable activation plans (targeted campaigns, offers, and timing) guided by insights.
- Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Design measurement frameworks for sales campaigns and promotions. Assess ROI, uplift, and incremental contributions of actions aimed at reactivating dormant customers.
- Pricing & Margin Analytics: Monitor pricing competitiveness, discounting patterns, and margin impact across channels. Recommend pricing or promotional strategies to maximize sales while protecting profitability.
- Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Produce short- and mid-term sales forecasts with confidence intervals. Run scenario analyses to support leadership in making data-backed bets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CRM teams to translate data insights into executable plans. Create clear storytelling through reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Safeguard sensitive customer information in all analytics activities.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in business intelligence, sales analytics, CRM analytics, or a similar role;
- Experience in consumer goods or retail/wholesales fashion.
- Proficient at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation is a plus.
- Strong analysis in quantitative reasoning, hypothesis testing, and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of sales cycles, channel dynamics, pricing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
