Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary: Business Intelligence Manager: is to produce analytic business reports and actionable insights, and propose action points to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop data models for creating commercial reports to monitor business progress;

- Source and gather relevant data to achieve business objectives

- Analyze business data, generating reports, and creating data visualizations using business intelligence tools such as PQ, BI, SQL, VBA

- Conduct data analysis to analyze trends, patterns, and opportunities in order to propose actionable insights to drive business strategies

- Translate data-driven insights into practical steps for improving business performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day marketing initiatives

- Present research findings and insights to the management and leadership team.

- Monitor and measure business successes or ROI based on data analytics

- Gather, define, and propose to improve business requirement processes

Main Requirement:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, computer programming or data science;

- 5 or more years of leadership practical management experience with research and data analysis

- Proficient skills in VBA, PQ, BI, SQL

- Business and financial acumen are preferred

- Proficient in management and analytical skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
