Business Intelligence Manager
Job purpose:
Lead the organization’s business intelligence strategy by overseeing reporting frameworks, analytics governance, and dashboard standardization to ensure accurate, scalable, and insight-driven decision-making that supports strategic and operational objectives.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and governance policies
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
- Lead business intelligence transformation and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytical priorities
- Monitor analytics performance and continuously improve reporting efficiency
- Oversee data visualization standards and user experience in dashboards
- Manage vendor relationships related to business intelligence platforms
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business intelligence team
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
- Present executive-level insights and performance summaries

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
8+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a leadership or management capacity
Experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks
Experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives
Experience implementing dashboard standardization and KPI governance
Experience presenting analytical insights to executive leadership
