NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

We are prioritizing candidates who meet ALL the following requirements:

1. Business Intelligence Management Experience

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role within Business Intelligence.

- Proven ability to lead, supervise, coach, and develop BI teams.

- Experience managing team performance, delivering BI solutions, and overseeing complex projects or processes.

2. AI Tools & Technology Exposure

- Working knowledge or professional experience using AI-powered tools and initiatives.

- Familiarity with any of the following:

- OpenAI Codex

- Claude Code / Claude Cowork

- Other AI-driven tools or initiatives relevant to Business Intelligence and data operations.

3. Technical & Programming Knowledge

- Strong understanding of relevant technology stacks and programming languages.

- Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute to the development of BI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage Business Intelligence specialists, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

- Drive the development and implementation of innovative BI solutions for complex business projects and processes.

- Oversee short- to medium-term strategic and operational initiatives within the business area.

- Establish and implement appropriate policies, processes, and standards to support business objectives.

- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve business intelligence processes and operational efficiency.

- Provide technical direction and serve as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence.

- Manage team performance and employee development throughout the employee lifecycle.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of BI initiatives.

Our priority is to find candidates with:

- Actual Business Intelligence managerial experience, not just senior analyst or individual contributor experience.

- Professional exposure to AI tools, particularly Codex, Claude, or similar AI initiatives.

- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and relevant tech stacks.

- Demonstrated people-management experience.

- Experience developing and implementing BI solutions, leading complex projects, and improving business processes.
