- Analyze end-to-end product and financial business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and translation into the financial system.
- Develop robust data models and automated reports based on financial workflows to ensure all business requirements are met and financial data is accurately captured.
- Drive business process optimization through system integration and workflow automation.
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Extract complex operational and financial data to pioneer process improvements and solve business bottlenecks.
- Execute data and reporting requests swiftly and accurately while maintaining strict compliance with data governance and security protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Data Analyst, Finance System Business Analyst, or BI Analyst within a finance/product domain.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end financial cycle and surrounding operational processes.
- Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and BI/visualization tools.
- Proven analytical and structured problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) data ecosystems and ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems) is a strong plus.
