Business Intelligence & Power BI Architect at BairesDev

As a Business Intelligence & Power BI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data visualization and architecture solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform complex data environments into actionable, high-performance reporting structures that drive strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and govern robust analytics environments to ensure data integrity and scalable performance.
- Design and optimize sophisticated semantic models for enterprise reporting and cross-functional visibility.
- Develop and streamline advanced ETL workflows to integrate disparate data sources smoothly.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering best practices in model development.
- Align with business leaders to translate overarching operational needs into robust reporting solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or a related senior role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric architectures and semantic models.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including complex DAX modeling and optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL workflow development using Alteryx or SQL-based systems.
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring technical teams and aligning with business stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
