Business Intelligence & Process Improvement Analyst (Shipping & Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and operational teams to support digital initiatives and improve business processes.
• Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Analyze operational costs and trends, provide insights, and support regional performance reviews.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools and identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows.
• Develop BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in container shipping, maritime, or logistics.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills in a global business environment.
• Familiarity with Python, Google Apps Script, or automation tools is an advantage.
