Business Loan Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a proactive Business Loan Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify business owners for secured and unsecured loans. In this role, you will drive high-quality leads that meet our criteria and book qualified appointments for our client’s sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, online research, social media, referrals, and other lead generation channels
• Screen potential applicants based on the company's qualification criteria
• Verify customer eligibility before passing leads to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of prospects in the CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture and convert them into qualified appointments
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and lending regulations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business loan, mortgage, banking, or financial product lead generation
• Experience working with loan brokers, NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies is an advantage
• Experience in financial services, lending, or loan lead generation preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Good internet research skills
• Ability to qualify leads using predefined criteria
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace:
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
