Business Manager – ABG Business Management

ABG Business Management (ABGBM) is growing and is looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join our team.

About ABG Business Management

ABG Business Management AS (ABGBM), formerly Vika Business Management AS, was established in 2018 and is part of the ABG Sundal Collier Group. ABGBM provides business management services for commercial real estate investments arranged by ABG Sundal Collier.

Since 2017, the real estate business has arranged projects with a total value of approximately NOK 27 billion, of which more than NOK 12.7 billion is currently managed by ABGBM.

Based at VIA Vika in Oslo, ABGBM works closely with ABG Sundal Collier’s Real Estate & Construction professionals, providing exposure to a broad range of real estate investments, transactions and stakeholders.

The Role

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of real estate companies while taking an active role in commercial matters related to their operations and development.

The position combines accounting and financial control with transaction support, financial analysis and direct interaction with investors and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with professionals across ABG Sundal Collier and report to the Managing Director of ABGBM.

The role involves a high degree of responsibility and external interaction. You will communicate directly with investors, banks, auditors, lawyers and board members, and will be expected to take an active role in board meetings and other professional settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, accounting, tax returns and budgeting for a portfolio of real estate companies

• Managing tax and VAT-related matters

• Preparing financial and operational reporting to boards of directors and shareholders

• Maintaining direct dialogue with investors, banks, auditors and legal advisers

• Supporting ABG Sundal Collier in real estate transactions, including company incorporations, capital changes, restructurings, liquidations and disposals

• Preparing cash flow analyses and valuations

• Developing and improving financial models, budgets and reporting processes

• Contributing to the continued development of ABGBM and its operating platform

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and a high level of personal drive.

The ideal candidate has:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably from audit, accounting, financial management or a similar role

• A strong interest in financial management, accounting, tax/VAT and corporate matters

• Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial analysis

• An interest in systems, processes and technology

• Experience with consolidated financial statements is an advantage, but not a requirement

The preferred start date is between August and November 2026, although this can be adjusted for the right candidate.
