Job Summary

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, improving sales performance, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives.
The role requires a commercially driven professional who can lead teams, optimize processes, and support revenue generation within the real estate business.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market presence
Lead, coach, and train sales teams to improve performance, customer acquisition, and conversion rates
Monitor operational and sales performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions where necessary
Collaborate with management to develop business plans, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the achievement of business goals

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in business management, operations management, or sales management within the Real Estate sector
Proven experience overseeing business operations, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of real estate sales, business development, operational management, and customer relationship management
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
NGN 400,000 – NGN 600,000 / Month.
