About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the company's commercial and operational activities, driving revenue, profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth while translating the Founder's vision into a scalable fashion business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies and plans.
• Manage P&L, revenue, profitability, budgets and cost control.
• Drive sales across retail, pop-ups, activations and other channels.
• Monitor sales, margins, inventory and commercial performance.
• Oversee customer experience and retail operations.
• Align product development with market demand and commercial goals.
• Establish efficient systems, processes and accountability structures.
• Lead Commercial, Retail and Operations teams.
• Oversee major sales campaigns, activations and growth projects.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic insights to the Founder.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years' experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, consumer goods or related commercial environments.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability and multi-channel sales.
• Strong understanding of fashion/RTW, customer behaviour, products, fabrics and retail.
• Strong commercial, strategic and operational management skills.
• Data-driven, analytical and results-oriented.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
