Are you an experienced and highly organised leader? Were looking for a Business Manager to join a busy healthcare organisation and take on a key leadership role overseeing services across multiple sites.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Oversee day-to-day operational & business management.

Lead on service planning, performance monitoring & reporting.

Manage budgets, resources & workforce planning.

Provide strong leadership & support to staff across sites.

Build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulations & quality standards.

Support senior leadership with strategy & improvements.

𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

Proven business/operational management experience (healthcare or related).

Strong leadership & people management skills.

Excellent organisation & communication.

Ability to manage multiple sites & priorities.

Financial management & budget control experience.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞

Knowledge of healthcare systems & Trust operations.

Relevant professional/management qualification.
