Business Manager - Lending - FinTech

About the Role:

Our client is a fast-growing consumer fintech startup based in Bengaluru, building an AI-powered platform for credit management and financial services.

As a Business Manager - Lending, you'll own the day-to-day lending business - from application to disbursal. You'll work closely with lending partners and internal teams to improve conversions, solve operational challenges, and create a smoother customer journey.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Mode: Full-time/on-site/5-days

Role Responsibilities:

- Own the lending journey from application to disbursal.

- Track and improve approval, conversion and disbursal rates.

- Work with lending partners to improve TAT and efficiency.

- Identify bottlenecks and resolve operational issues.

- Coordinate with Product, Credit, Engineering and CX teams.

- Improve processes and automate manual workflows.

Requirements:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Business/Lending/Marketplace Operations.

- Experience in digital lending, fintech or loan marketplaces.

- Strong understanding of lending funnels and lender operations.

- Experience managing lending partners.

- Strong analytical skills and Advanced Excel.

- Good ownership, communication and problem-solving skills.
